Tons of fun and holds so many cars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hot Wheels Mega Hauler is absolutely fantastic. My son could not have been more excited to open this and try it out. He has so many little cars all over the place and I have to say this is awesome for storing them. It has so much space, even in the front part. Once loaded, he had no problem driving it around on carpet and tile. He even managed to fit some monster trucks on the top part! I would definitely recommend this toy, simple design but provides so much fun.

Great way to store and play

Awesome addition to Hot Wheels collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hot Wheels Mega Hauler is is great! It holds a TON of cars without taking up a lot of space. Both my 4 year year old son and 3 year old daughter love this truck. I received my truck through the Play, Rate, Review program for free but I could see myself buying this and enjoying it all the same with Mattel being to kind. We have a large range of hot wheels, some old, some new, some cars, some trucks, came or otherwise and all fit nicely on the Mega Hauler.

Excellent for little hands to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great item. My 3 year old son loves that he can put on so many of his hot wheels and haul them around the house. It is great for little hands and even had a compartment that we found later that we did not find right away.

Great toy

They must be regular size hot wheels though because anything slightly bigger doesn't work well. But, can't really complain about that. My son and daughter love loading up their cars and showing it off. I'm happy it seems sturdy enough to withstand their vigorous play. I would certainly recommend this toy to anyone.

My 3 Year-Old Loves It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this Hot Wheels Mega Hauler Vehicle for free in exchange for my honest review. My son was beyond excited opening a package with this big toy inside! He immediately went to collect all of his small cars around the house to be stored on the hauler. Mom’s-this toy seems to be a great way to get your toddler to WANT to clean and organize his toys! I’d definitely recommend!

Great toy!

They are 5 and 3 and love loading and unloading the hauler with cars and their toy figures and driving all over the house. We have previous versions of this toy, but they prefer the new one! They like how the front opens up, the bottom can store cars and that tracks can be attached so they can do "tricks" right into the hauler. With the tracks, this has kept them occupied for hours!

Fun, but not for car storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm very happy with this product. My daughter loves hot wheels, and while we don't have a ton, we don't have anything large to hold them. I thought this would fill a need there, and it sorta does, but only because we don't have that many (about 6-7).
The truck comes fully assembled and was fairly easy to get out of the box.
This truck "holds" 50 hot wheels, but it only holds that when the orange shelves are raised. With those racks up it's pretty big. If you want to keep cars in it for storage there are 4 basic places you can put them when the truck is closed they won't fall out: 1) Under the truck cab, 2) in the white part of trailer, 3)&4) behind orange doors on the side of the truck. I'd guess it holds 10-12 this way.

The orange doors can be a bit hard for tiny hands to open, you have to get your finger in the little cutout and pull. The cars are sorta put in at an angle and then straightened out. This can make them a bit hard to get out as you basically have to tip the truck if you have 2-3 in there because your fingers don't have enough room to grab the cars.
It's also worth noting that a few of her hot wheels that have spoilers (or are otherwise slightly taller than the average car) don't fit anywhere except the top rack. Ditto for one car she has that's wider than average. They note on the box "does not work with all cars" but I was shocked that of the 6-7 we own, 3 didn't fit one way or another.
