It showed up broken

It didn't work when I got it. It would turn off every minute or so even when sound was playing, regardless of what input I had it on. I read that there is a power saving setting that turns it off when there is low input. The problem was that it turned off constantly and the microphone for calibrating also didn't work. It said it couldn't detect a microphone at all. I returned it and I am currently awaiting the replacement. If it works as advertised I will be happy.

Great Concept for True 5.1 Surround from Soundbars

The removable surround channels are brilliant! Simple calibration using the included mic is absolutely necessary and rewarding. If you don't calibrate you will be disappointed. Highs are crisp and defined, the sub is deep and powerful, the midrange is clear... but the low mids and upper bass is severely lacking. Fix that and it will surely beat any soundbar on the market.

Inconsistent Connection

So I purchased my soundbar about a month ago. I set it up to my Samsung tv and tested it out, seemed to work great. The sound quality was fantastic and I was so excited to start enjoying movies and music with it. I calibrated the sound then set up Bluetooth with my phone to stream music through he speakers, it worked flawlessly and I was SO happy to have some amazing speakers to play music from on top of elevating my movie watching experience.
Then the issues began. The Satellite speakers would have a poor connection and sound crackly from time to time. I was never able to connect my phone to the speaker a second time, I spent probably 3 hours over the course of days troubleshooting this specific issue to no avail. I would watch tv and no audio would play, I would have to unplug either the optic or HDMI arc cable then restart everything to get sound to play. The unit turned into a headache that was not worth the trouble.
Eventually, no matter what I would do, I couldn't get sound to play. I swapped HDMI arc cables, optic cables, reset Bluetooth connections, etc. I went through all the troubleshooting I could think of but the speaker would only work sometimes. It was like it had a mind of its own. No matter what I did, it made no difference.
Anyways, I returned for a refund but I wouldn't recommend this. I know a lot of people had great results with their units, unfortunately, I wasn't one of them.
I've used jbl products for years and swear by them so it was extremely dissapointing to me how far off the mark this product was. I think the concept is amazing but I feel like they did not get the wireless functionality right. When it worked, it sounded great but I'm not going to spend 15 minutes troubleshooting everytime I want to watch a movie. Also, not being able to use Bluetooth from my phone was a huge issue that I never could resolve.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Soundbar

Spent a lot of time researching online and really loved the fact the sub and surround speakers were wireless. Got the system about a week ago and I am impressed. My living room is not huge and the sound really is immersiveand the bass kicks. Plus we love the fact we don't need to have the surround speakers out and visible all the time. I highly recommend this product and if you are not an audiophile I think you will be happy w this system.

Great sound

I technically haven't used the one I just bought. But this is my second one. I have one in my basement and this one will go up stairs. Incredible sound. The detachable speakers work great. Prefect for a medium sized room. The subwoofer works great. It'll get the room shaking. I've read reviews where people didn't like the bass from it. Just simply adjust the settings and that'll fix it easy.
It's not the best sound bar you can buy. But if you do want better, you'll easily half to pay at least double to easily get anything better. Even at the, it would be by very little.

We really love this sound bar. It sounds amazing on movie night and we love that we can take the ends off to use for surround sound or have speakers outside when we have a party!
