Two in, Two out. Garbage.

I bought this a few days ago and the brand new subwoofer and wireless speakers all sound distorted, when they even stay connected. Most of the time it's just static. I ordered a replacement, exact same thing. The Subwoofer now appears to be working... but it's right next to the soundbar now. All of it will be going back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Satellite speaker battery life

Satellite speaker battery life does not last an hour even though it has a 10 hour output time. Product is less than 2 years old.

Where is my midrange?

The surround feature is cool, the subwoofer more than adequate and highs sound crystal clear. That's where the good parts stop because the entire mid range is next to missing, resulting in an extremely tinny sound profile that is entirely inadequate for anything related to music. If you're looking to only use this as a stand alone system to supplement TV sound it'll do fine, but no matter what you do, you simply won't be able to enjoy music on this thing. After extensively trying to coax descent sound out of this product, I went right back into the box and will be returned.

First off, we appreciate the feedback. If the midrange is lacking when playing music, You may want to try toggling the Sound mode to see if it helps. Another possible cause of the weak midrange is the way the source music was mixed originally. Since most music is mixed in Stereo, playback on a 5.1 system won't necessarily output the sound to all of the speakers. Checking and adjusting the EQ settings on the source device of the music can help in this case.

Very unreliable

Batteries in left right speakers fail, impossible to fix. I take pride in throwing this $600 piece of garbage away

Wireless speakers stop holding a charge just as wa

I purchased 18 months ago. Just after the warranty expired, the right speaker stopped holding a charge, a few months later the left stopped as well. There’s no way to replace the rechargeable batteries so not need to run a power wire to both. Will replace them bar soon but not looking forward to patching the holes in the wall and repainting.

Wireless speakers not charging

I'm having troyble with the wireless speakers not charging when in standby mode.
When connected to the main, bar wireless speakers will start charging with red lights displaying.
Within a minute the red charging lights go off and it seems like the speakers are no longer charging. This is evident in the speakers only lasting for a very short while until recharge is needed again.
I'm I doing something wrong when charging the speakers?
I would recommend this to a friend!
