This thing kicks

Playing this thing with my music has been a blast literally, I love how you can detach the sides for more surround sound, it's a purchase I'm truly glad I made

Great bass

So I've been wanting to upgrade my sound bar for a while and always had my eye on this jbl 5.1 and i finally decided to get me one and after having it for almost a month and using it every day i give a 8.5/10. Great bass, very loud, and very easy to set up. The only reason i wouldn't consider this a 10/10 is because the 2 bluetooth speaker ends arent that impressive, I felt it lacked so much. When you hear the sound quality (when they're on bluetooth not connected to the actual soundbar) of them, it's just a little disappointing cause they kinda sound like a walkie talkie, but to avoid that I just have them connected to the bar at all times therefore you can't really hear the difference. Some can argue that they are made just to create the surround sound but honestly jbl makes speakers the same size that sound way better than the bluetooth speakers the sound bar comes with. So as i stated in the beginning 8/10. Would recommend.

Disappointed

I am disappointed with my purchase. The audio quality is terrible and the sub is over powered. My wife is constantly complaining that she can't hear the dialog. I wish I did not purchase this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sound

Sound Bar is goes out after 10 mins. Changed the HDMI Cable, Adjusted TV Settings, Plug into a HDMI ARC on my TV. Reset my JBL and Updated the Firmware on my JBL Bar. Still no luck. Sound Goes out after 10 to 15mins. In progress. Still trying to enjoy this device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

poor quality sound

I bought this item few months ago. I seriously expected good sound. But not to great at all. I own another JBL surround sound and that one is so awesome. It is an older model. Not really satisfied with product. Paid a good price for it and for it not to sound good is very unsatisfying
