Wireless speakers stoped workin

Bought this system about a year ago due to the name and wireless speakers you can place anyplace without power. It’s been about a year and they have stopped working wirelessly. If you just take off 1 it works when you disconnect both they stop working . Face it all they build out there is junk . It’s a sound bar if that’s all you want it’s fine but I think you can spend far less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Innovative design

The bar has a tinny sound. It gives out a static shock to the touch every few times it's touched. Can't beat the wireless speaker recharge design.

Bugs

Since i bought this whenever i turn my tv off and back on my bar will mute itself and won't unmute. Then i'll have to reset the whole audio system to get it to work again. Another bug is with the new amazon series "Tom clancy's Jack Ryan" its volume keeps on stuttering but when i switch to tv speakers it just sounds fine. I've literally tried everything to get it to work but it just won't stop stuttering. Re-installed the app, turned it on and off again and everything. Other than these bugs it works fine.

Great sound but wireless speakers a pain

The sound is great and the sound bar is easy to setup. But it’s a pain to have to charge the speakers. It means you can’t mount or place them on speaker stands because they have to be returned to the base unit to charge. The satellite speakers do have a USB c port. But JBL offers no information on amps or if you can even charge them with a USB.

Does it support equal audio quality for TV channel

I know quality is very good whn we connect via other source. But I want to know if it gives same quality for TV channles?

I compared to many of the top brands. This one for the money is the best. Great features for sound adjustment and the surrounds work fine. Now, don't compare to to floor speakers of Hi End Bookshelf speakers. But I found the ARC function per the manual does not work right. And the labels are backwards on the unit. Took a little time to figure this out, now all works fine and power off of TV turns the SB off also. Using the optical out of the Cable box is fine, but does not turn the SB off. Can't give it a 5* due to manual and mislable of ports. Donn't know why another review said the sound was awful, I think they had something else amis and not the SB quality
