I cannot do without this product. I use it for many things as noted by the previous comments. Additionally, its flexibility and the soft rubber coating help make securing my scuba equipment for Òstorage and travelÓ a worry free task.

These 32 inch gear ties are great to have around the house and in your car for a multitude of uses. Currently mine is securing my outdoor umbrella! They are great for tidying up extension cords, and holding the gate open! Many sizes to choose from make for endless possibilities!

These are great if you only want to tie and untie them about a dozen times, otherwise the wire inside breaks.

Ties work great to secure our balcony furniture to the railings. We live on the Chesapeake Bay and never know when a strong wind will blow. Have had furniture blow off the balcony in the past.

The stiffening wire breaks after a short time, sometimes only two weeks. I have already gone through 3 of the 3 inch ties and 2 of the 6 inch
Pros: Very handy to store cords for phones etc
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
