I wanted so badly to love this high chair as much as I loved our mamaroo chair in our baby's first six months. BUT I have to sadly report that today my 8 month old (exactly 8 months as of tomorrow) has officially managed to use her feet to flip the entire tray off. Of course, I've been worried this was a possibility for several weeks because she is constantly using her feet to make a "clicking noise" on the underside of the tray playing with the handle that dislodges the tray so she is always securely strapped in and I'm always in the room but mangnetic bowls are useless when baby decides to just toss the entire tray to the floor :( the only one in danger was our poor dogs who stay close by to pick up any dropped food. Unfortunately, this product needs to be redesigned to be worth the price tag it has.

The biggest complaint I have with the high chair, which is otherwise a well-made and stable unit, is that the length of the base buckle strap that the waist/shoulder straps click into is too short and cannot be adjusted. For my daughter who is only 18 lbs., the buckle ends up sitting right above her crotch (and its location is so low that we have difficulty connecting the other straps, which are loose by comparison, to the buckle). We noticed this problem developing several months back when she was even smaller. A longer base buckle strap that can be adjusted from underneath the seat is needed in your design, otherwise this chair will have to be replaced by the time our daughter is 25 lbs max. This seriously reduces the value of this product. in addition, the magnetic bowls & plates do not stay on the tray as advertised. Our 1-yr-old can remove them easily with 1 hand. Really disappointed!

It would be ideal if the chair folded up or could be more easily taken apart for when we need to travel but that is a nice to have I can live without. For my daughter who is 31 in tall, 22 lb., the buckle ends up sitting right above her crotch and digs into her legs (and its location is so low that it is difficulty connecting the other straps, which are loose by comparison, to the buckle). We noticed this problem developing several months back when she was approx. 26 in. tall.

I bought this highchair a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! I love how easy the tray is to get on and off especially while holding a 7 month old. So easy to clean and I love that you can change the height of the chair!
