The design of this is HORRIBLE. The vertical supports on this playyard ARE NOT PADDED. My 8 month old whacked his head on the vertical support resulting in a massive swollen bump and hysterics!!!
I cannot believe that these supports ARE NOT PADDED. The top rail has some padding but the vertical supports are metal bars. For how much money I spent on this I expected many more safe features.
Plus the playyard is SO heavy if you want to take it outside, travel or just move it room to room it's not convenient.

Great to use!

We love the Breeze so much we bought two - one for each of our twins! It is so easy to set up and so sturdy. I used it as a bassinet when they were newborns and now that they are older I use it indoors and on our porch.
It travels well and is a cinch to set up even if you arrive late at night. My only complain is it is SO heavy and therefore not great for airline travel. We only use it when we are driving.

Easy but hard

We bought the breeze for our twins, for travel and vacations, it's very easy and portable and I like that it is a larger size than most pack and plays, The only drawback is the bottom part of the breeze is so hard! I wish they made it softer or sold a pad you could insert on the bottom.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best baby accessory!

I am currently raising my sixth babe, second one using the Breeze, so I've seen and used my fair share of gimmicky baby products. I wasn't a big fan of playpens previously but when I saw this one, I was sold - and it has never disappointed. I bought it as soon as I had the money and I've used it for travel and even let another family borrow it as a crib. Every time I have to pack it up, I am again amazed at the ease of use and can't believe any parent would ever want a different playpen.
That being said, I have one adjustment to suggest. It is heavy, and being a disabled vet with back issues I've had to struggle with moving it. If 4moms would come up with an upgraded cover that integrates a frame and rolling system, that would put this item over the top!
I know it doesn't come with all the bells and whistles of other play pens, but I'm a functional gal so it appeals to my simplistic nature. Seriously, if you can go see one in a store and compare it to the ease of use vs. ANY OTHER BRAND, you'll see what I'm talking about.
And if you REALLY love someone, this will be the only baby gift you'll ever need to give them :)

Worth every penny, easy to collapse and create, not a frustrating process and a monkey could do it. I've purchased several of 4moms line and I will recommend this thing to anyone that is having a child - or anyone that has a child - or I'll go further anyone that plans to make trips to in-laws for the day.
4moms: invest in lighter materials to achieve the same stability - that tip is for free from me dadbod. This is a great product - tip #2 make a mobile attachment - I gave another one to you for free...
Highly recommend - best product we bought - we use it a lot to visit folks and in-between rooms in our home.

Great play yard!

I love the play yard! It's really easy to set up and I really like the newborn attachment for the top. I definitely would not travel with it though - it's far too heavy, but considering how large it is, I keep it set up in my house all the time - it's wonderful! I did not purchase this to travel with, so I wasn't expecting it to be light and wanted something more hefty for home.

I was given the 4Moms Breeze Play yard as a shower gift last year. I have loved having a play yard. This one is very spacious and incredibly easy to pack up. I give it a minus star because of its weight. I live on the 3rd floor of a building and to bring it down to my car takes some muscle. Other than that, its been a great tool to have!
Last week, it randomly stopped folding up and I was worried about the cost of replacing a play yard. I emailed customer service about this and they promptly returned my email and responsibly took control of the situation. They have shipped me a new play yard as my old one shouldn't have behaved this way.
