I do a lot of data entry at work, and have very short legs. It's challenging to find an office chair that both supports my stature and is ergonomical. The Gaiam balance ball has made my data entry hours pain-free. Not to mention it makes my office space even more fun.

I recently started a job that requires me to sit at a desk all day long, and found my lower back and butt hurt after sitting routinely everyday. Got to where, I didn't want to sit down in the evenings. Since I purchased this chair, I no longer feel pain and don't mind sitting. My desk at work is actually too low and I needed some relief from chronic neck pain due to hunching and stooping. This chair worked wonders and is low cost. I have since purchased three more chairs for associates.
