Good for home office

I purchased the balance ball chair to use in my home office. The chair was delivered promptly, as is usual with Gaiam, and was easy to set up. The base of the chair rolls easily, and it is nice to be able to remove the ball for use as an exercise accessory. Overall, I find my posture is much improved when using this chair over the miscellaneous desk chairs I have tried in the past. Good for strengthening the core and reminding you to maintain good posture. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

My husband bought me this product, along with a few other Gaiam products for Christmas last year. Instead of using this chair at my desk, I acutally use it to watch television most of the time. It makes me sit up and use my stomach muscles so it is great for my back. I highly recommend this chair to everyone.

I bought this chair over a year ago, and sit on it at my computer desk, where I can easily spend hours. It forces me to sit up straight, and I can use the back of it to stretch my legs when I get up. Because my legs are very restless, I tend to bounce on the chair, and it really helps keep me focused! I wish my chair had the bungee cords.

The chair is OK. BUT it is not like sitting on your exercise ball at home. the ball is much firmer and does not allow for rocking or bouncing. I purchased this ball for back pain and it has accommodated that, however it adds to hip pressure due to the small size. I would not recommend for pregnant women.

Great chair - but one of the wheels is bad

I love the chair - it is very comfortable and aids good posture. My only complaint is that one of the wheels they sent doesn't really fit in the base - the metal isn't quite the same as the other 3 wheels. I managed to put it together, but that one wheel doesn't seem to work. If you are looking for a chair that rolls easily, this may be a problem for you. Other than that one wheel, I love the chair. I'd give it 5 stars, otherwise.

I agree with other review that this is a great chair and easy to assemble. The ball is too small to use separately for exercising unless you are very petite but if you are just planning to use as a chair that doesn't matter. Not sure why it has a back since I found it is way too far back to lean on.
