I always wanted one of these things, and I just finally did it! Super easy to put together and semi-comfortable. Not sure if my legs are a bit too short and so my knees are not at 90 degree angle, and sometimes ache. I am going to put some books down there to step on! I like doing exercises with and without the chair. Worth the price!!

This chair was easy to put together and I sat with my spine straight, however I sit for 10+ hours a day and I had to switch chairs after a few hours. It would be great for someone not sitting for long periods of time.

How can you beat sitting at work all day and exercising at the same time? Reduces back stiffness from sitting all day, and it's actually kind of fun. Sure I'd rather get paid for surfing in Hawaii, but life doesn't work like that.....

I have been dealing with back issues for over 10 years. This is one of the best remedies I have found for my posture and bad habit of contiuously sitting on my foot. This has releived many of my issues and has strengthen my core back muscles and has even been confirmed by my chiropracter!

Someone in my office had one and let me borrow it for a few days. I know it's probably not as good as the ball alone, but the ball being in the rack makes me less worried about falling. It's really helping with my balance and it allows me to do some stretches throughout the day.

The Balance Ball Chair system was everything I expected and more! I sit on this chair at least 10 hours a day and since the first day I can feel how my body posture has improved and my core was definately strengthened. I suggested this chair to a co-worker and she loves it as well!

Going into my 8th month of pregnancy, I was experiencing significant backaches from my pre-pregnancy office chair during the work day. I purchased this chair based on the reviews (from both those expecting and non-expecting) and have been very pleased with how much better my body feels from sitting in the BalanceBall chair. I also like how the ball can be used for labor pain alleviation or for exercise. I have needed to pump additional air into the ball about 1-2 times a week, but it has not been that much of a bother. I do wish that the height on the chair were adjustable though and that it had armrests.
