I own three of these Ball chairs. They are comfortable, supportive, easy to use and you can bounce up and down on them! I use two for desk/computer work at home and the Office. The third one I use to do Bodywork around my massage table!

When my husband bought this for me as a gift 4 years ago, I was very curious. I work from home in front of a computer all day and I was looking for a good chair. At that time, I was sitting on a big ball and it was good, but I was still not loving it. I can gladly say I LOVE this chair and it's the best I've used! It doesn't look like much, I mean, it's mainly plastic, so don't expect it to be stylish. But it sure is comfortable. And I believe it truly helps me keep good posture. I used to also have back aches, but rarely get them. I don't know how they did it, but it certainly keeps me upright and comfortable. Everyone who comes to our house is curious and after trying it, they are impressed!
Pros: comfortable for sitting all day, good for posture

I love the balance ball chair. It is comfortable and helps with posture. It relieves a lot of my back pain. I use it when I am at my desk, and I use it at my dining room table. My mom and my son have both used it and both want one now. My mom even suggested that I replace my dining room chairs with balance ball chairs! The balance ball removes easily and is of very high quality for exercising. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made!

OK Guys, seriously, this chair is awesome!! Not only does it help your back, but the bouncing helps clean out the lymph system, and you can use the exercise bands while you are reading. OHhh my arms are already worn out:P As soon as you sit on it, your spine goes into alignment. Really an awesome product!

I get horrible backaches sitting on my cheap uncomfortable computer chair at home (within 5 minutes). I also have scolioisis. So I ordered this after reading reviews and got it on Friday. Took about 10 minutes to put together (the easiest thing I have EVER put together) and it was ready. I sat on it for a period of time on Friday and Saturday and Sunday and kept waiting and waiting for my backache to come and it never came! I'm sold....It's cute too.
