I have looked at this for a while, as I have a bad back and I can't say enough about it. I sit in it for 7-8 hours at day at work and not only has it greatly improved my back, but it has improved my core and I am two sizes smaller. I am ordering one as a present for our secretary. This may be the start of a movement here!

Great to strengthen your abdominal muscles, to no back pain. Can not stay on for more than 2 hours at a time. Will get uncomfortable. So I take a break and go rite back to it!!!

I have owned this chair for over a year now and it's the best chair - I spend many hours sitting at my desk working on the computer and I used to get terrible back aches. With this chair I can honestly say I go home feeling refreshed even after a 10 hour work day!

Beware of height!

I think the chair is wonderfully comfortable, BUT no where in the description does it say the finsihed height of the chair (only that it has a 52" ball). When it arrived, I set it up, only to find that it was about 3-4 inches too low for me to work at my office computer (I have bifocals, so I must be higher than the screen, and I cannot make my desk lower because it's a 1 piece L). So I have a wonderful chair that is absolutely useless for the 7-8 hours a day at work I spend at my screen. If there was a way to order a higher base for the ball, it would have made all the difference. As it is, I'm trying to figure out how to build a 4 inch platform for under the chair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a had my chair for about a week and the comfort and the features of the chair has encouraged others that I work with want to buy one as well. I did freak out a bit the first time that I inflated the ball. But I read the instructions and asked some others that have the same chair and they stated that it was natural. Everything from ordering process to the chair was a nice self explanatory process.
