Chair is sturdy and easy to assemble. Putting hand on to the chair back makes it easier to sit down. Just the right height for a 5'3" or a 5'8" person. Purchased cover and instructions explaining to put line on the wall helps you to properly inflate the ball. It is easy to lock a wheel accidentally. Chair slides under desk easily. Easy to roll chair where you need it to go while seated. Change in posture and balancing on ball has helped with lower back and nerve pain in legs from sitting too long for work. Would have preferred floor pump to make it easier to put pin in after filling ball. Using hand pump, and using pin is a two person job.

I purchased a classic balance ball chair after having seen one in my doctor's office and briefly trying it out. I have lower back problems and thought it would help keep things more aligned--which it did. Easy to put together and very comfortable after a day of getting used to it. My office mates have been curious about it and several have all tried it out, Maybe we'll become a balance ball office.
