It's fun to use. I feel like I'm getting a workout when I sit on it. It makes me sit up straight and have better posture. I cover it with a towel because I do get sweaty and stick to it if I'm wearing a dress. My two colleagues, who also bought the ball chairs, and I are the talk of the office. This chair is so much better than the traditional office chairs. Plus we can do exercises on the chair when we need a break!

I Love this chair!!! It is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on at work. It has greatly improved my posture at work and I no longer go home with pain in my lower back from slouching all day. Not to mention the added benefit of being able to bounce when I become frustrated, which happens a lot.

I had developed back (lower and upper) problems and decided to give this chair a chance. Wow ... it really did make a difference. The first day, I could only sit in it for about 30 minutes before I really felt all those muscles working. The back ache has been slowly but surely going away. One con : can't say I like the cheesy black plastic. Oh well.

Purchased this chair when I started having lower back issues. Been using this at my corporate office for over a year now - yes, I do have some funny looks and everyone wants to "try" - but it has been great. I can no longer sit on my foot or lean to one side on the armrest. Back & core have become much stronger. No more pain killers needed after a long day at work
