I love this chair so far!! I have a job that requires me to sit at a desk for 8 hours straight and I have noticed that after 2 years my posture had really gotten poor. I think that this chair will really help me with this problem and so far I am loving it. It is really comfortable and a nice height/fit for my desk at work.

I made a deal with my daughter that I would start exercising to improve my health. I've seen chairs like this in some offices and thought that it may be a good start. I found this chair online and am so glad that I bought one. I already notice improved posture and I am aware of it even when I am other places, like driving in the car. It is easy to move around during the day to do some small steps toward exercising, and it has encouraged me to so other things too. I recommend it to anyone who wants to start toward a healthier way of "sitting around the office" and being aware of small ways to strengthen your core. Next I need one for my home.

We ordered (3) for our workplace and will be ordering another one. We were pleased to find out that you can blow this up quite a bit to make it taller, or less to make it shorter to match our individual needs. One employee is 5 ft 2 in and another 5 ft 7 in and it works for both. C/S was quick to respond to help us determine this as we were reluctant to blow up the ball too much.

I sit at a computer, both at work and at home. Over the years this has caused neck and back issues. I tried one of these for my home office and liked it so much i purchased a second for the office. It takes a few days to get used to but I think it has definitly helped keep me sitting properly and hopefully keep my adjustments in line longer.

improved alertness

this chair has improved alertness around the office. i feel noticeably lethargic when i switch a regular chair. unfortunately the temp in the room is reflected in the temp of the ball so just a word or warning to those in a skirt!!
