I was unaware on how small this foam roller actually was. When I got it in the mail I sort of giggled because it stood not much taller than my xlarge Starbucks coffee cup. Nevertheless, I can still use it to work out my muscles. I just simply do one side/leg at a time. No biggie, still like it!

I purchased this foam roller to take with me to backpack the Grand Canyon. I have pelvic and lower back problems. I would not have been able to do this trip without it! It even got used by other campers who saw that I had this :)) I am a structural massage therapist who teaches my patients the heath benefits of myofascial release with foam roller and small ball release. This foam roller has become a must have to many of my patients!

I love the fact that it is smaller than my traditional foam roller. The firmness is sufficient for a quick roll to loosen up my muscles and if I choose to, I could travel with it.

This roller does what it says it will and performs like I hoped it would, but it's too small for me. I will be exchanging for a bigger size that is stiffer and able to massage my full back. If you are looking for a roller you can take on the go, this is perfect for you!
