Great features in a small pack

We live in a very hilly area and this fall we had 4 MXT115s on our farm. They work very well and we didn't have any communication trouble. But the best thing is we have over 20 pieces of equipment on our farm, and the fact that we are able to switch the radios over in about 2 minutes is extremely valuable

I bought the MXT115 GMRS radio and I am super happy with it. It small enough to fit where I wanted it in my 4th Gen 4Runner yet powerful enough for all my needs. Will definitely be buying a second for my other vehicle.

I am new to gmrs radios. I got my license and joined a repeater club here in Georgia. I am very impressed I am able to hit a repeater about 80 miles away. Granted the repeater sets in the mountains but still great coverage. With this as a base at the house with the antenna about 15 foot in the air I am able to reach out to a mobile right at 7 miles in a suburban environment. Overall I am very impressed with this little unit.
