I have been thinking of purchasing one of these radio's for some time and decided to move forward with it. I own and operate a small row crop farm and in the spring & fall it is nice to have one of these in the main tractor for ease of communication. I currently have the Midland hand held radio's so they match up great with the MXT105. I will hopefully use it more in a week or so when field work will begin and cant wait to see how it does!

Midland was running a harvest discount last month, so I ordered 8 of these radios to install in farm equipment. We are so happy with them, I am ordering 4 more to install in other equipment. Out farm operation is all within 6 mile radius and have no trouble with communication.

I bought this for our combine so we could communicate with the grain cart and it was very easy to install. It took me no longer than 10 minutes to put it in the combine. I'm impressed with how far we can talk. So far we've been able to talk about 11 miles away with our other radios. I'm very pleased with it and will purchase more in the future.

Good radio for tractor for most part, gotta be easy on mic cord or pulls connection loose. Would like if volume would go louder. Can hear but is quite at max volume so we are adding exrernal speakers.
