I bought this radio a month ago and love it. It’s easy to use once you READ all the instructions. It cam with everything you need and I don’t think I will ever go back to a cb radio. The reception is clear and excellent.

This is an awesome little radio. Nice and small and yet powerful. I have the non USB C style radio and I am very please with using it. I can use a repeater over 20 miles away at time. This is where the But comes in. I have a much closer and better repeater that I could use if I had split tone capability. The USB-C version has this ability however there is no way to update the software on the original one to allow this capability. This radio would be a 8 star radio if there was a way to update the software.

I bought the mx100 radios and they are under power for what I needed. So I upgraded to the mx115 and I'm much happier with the mx115 because the push button weather is easier than holding the speaker button. If your debating what to get, go with the mx115 just spend the extra and you will be happier.

I bought some last spring for our harvesting crew. Range is good although we have a lot of hills and trees that effect it but in clear areas they reach 10+ miles. I would recommend them.

The MXT115 MicroMobile® Two-Way Radio has good distance and sound and yet small enough to fit anywhere in your vehicle. Also recommend the MicroMobile® MXTA26 6db Gain Whip Antenna to go with it for greater distance and clarity.

I bought the MXT 115 radio and followed the directions, including the online directions for the FCC registration. Easy! The size is just perfect for installation in the limited space on the drivers side of the center console of my 4Runner. It is out of the way and at hand. I have not had need for it but reception is clear and the weather channel is a plus for when I go Overlanding.

Our family runs a beef operation in hilly country. The radios work great and are perfectly sized to fit on sxs, trucks, tractors and hand held. The range when we are in the big hills can be short, but if both people talking are on top of their perspective hill, then it has no problem no matter how far. The furthest we have tested is about 9 miles.
