I purchased it this month w/extensions, and I enjoy this chair; however, I keep hitting the wheel locks. Improve this feature, then all is well. I plan on purchasing another one w/extensions also.
I bought this chair only two weeks ago and already can feel my neck, back and body pain get better. I saw the chair at my chiropractor's office and now I know why they use it. I have had tremendous improvement in my body discomfort and have had less need for adjustments. It's so great that my spouse is going to get a balance ball chair for work. I highly recommend this chair.
I had one at my previous job and loved it. Spent 3 weeks without & then said no more - I need a new balance chair. Huge improvement to posture & no more shoulder & lower back aching.
I absolutely love it. Day # 2 of using it. What I really notice in the change in my posture. I sit for more than 8 hours per day at a desk and computer. I was having shoulder and neck problems and lower back problems as well as I notice my posture getting worse and worse. I left work yesterday, no shoulder or neck pain and I noticed a huge difference in my posture. It is very comfortable and easy to sit on. I hope you don't mind, but I posted a picture of it on Facebook to tell all my friends and family.
I love the balance ball chair ! Besides using it for exercise I have made it my main sewing chair . I sit in front of the sewing machine piecing quilts and have discovered the balance ball chair helps my posture and relieves the back stress I experience from sitting long periods of time ! Thanks for such a great product
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would love to love this product. The problem is that my feet cannot easily touch the floor when I'm sitting in the chair. I am 5'2". The info says the ball is for people who are 50"- 5'11". This is not true. The instructions that came with the ball say "Sit on top center of ball chair with feet flat on floor and shins vertical. The thighs should be parallel to the floor." This is impossible for me. I can't even come close. I'll probably return this product.
Cons: cannot adjust for height, feet cannot touch floor
I bought 2 of these ball chairs in September of last year based on a recommendation from my physical therapist. The front metal bar broke on 1 of them within 2 months and the other one within 6 months. Last week the ball rolled out of the chair as I rolled backwards away from my desk and I fell on my butt on the floor. This isn't conducive to healing back issues. Very disappointed as otherwise I have liked the chair.
This was a big disappointment. I had to order the leg extensions just so I could reach my desk. The wheels do not roll very easily when sitting on the chair.
