Great for an office

Purchased this chair for husband who was interested in correcting his posture and strengthening his core and other muscles. He did have to build up his time sitting on it starting with an hour a day and increasing, but he loves it.

A colleague at work has one of these and so I "tested" hers ahead of time - this chair is so comfortable. It's the perfect height for my at home office desk, and it was a breeze to put together. I'm thrilled with the booklet that came with the chair that describes exercises you can do with the ball (either on the chair or by itself). Love this and I got a great price!

I love my new Balance Ball Chair however since it has been put together on the week after Christmas the ball has had to have air added to it three times. I'm starting to wonder if my ball doesn't have a small hole. Will have to investigate further.

I bought this chair to use at work. I sit at my computer all day long and I was looking for ways to get some extra activity in while working 8 hours a day. I have had this chair for about a month. I find that I have poor posture and can usually last about 4-6 hours at most on it. It has gone around our district offices here and most everyone is wanting to purchase one now. Easy to put together and nice looking. I can feel this in my lower back and shoulders. Would highly recommend.

The chair was a gift from my husband. I have a job in which I sit a lot and I was noticing some nerve discomfort in my legs. The balance ball chair has allowed me to sit differently and has encouraged better posture so I no longer have the nerve pain in my legs. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the exercises that are recommended in the book.

This has improved my back problems immensely. The only problem I have is it generates crazy static electricity and now that the weather is warming up the ball makes your seat sweat and upper back of your legs.

I bought this to replace my desk chair at work. My desk is higher than most, and I needed the seating surface to be around 23" from the floor. This fit the bill! I previously used this same chair when I had a different desk. I gave my previous ball chair to my grandson who loves it, and I did not want to take it back, so I purchased another one!

I've been using a yoga ball as my desk chair for months. It sprung a leak and I thought it was time to invest in an actual yoga ball chair. I LOVE IT! The actual ball that came with the chair was actually too small. I use a "stay ball" instead which is still a smaller ball than my normal size one. It fits perfectly. So my only recommendation would be to be sure the actual size of the ball that comes with the chair is appropriate for your height. I sit at my computer for hours on end and find that my body feels less tight using the yoga ball chair. I highly recommend this for anyone who sits for much of the day. Thanks! Nicole
