Great for the office

I ordered this to replace my office chair, and am really glad I did. Not only has it improved my posture, but it's quite comfortable, and I'm able to exercise on it as well. It comes with two exercise manuals -- one is more for stretching, while the other uses the included flat band and resistance band for strength training. So there are a variety of exercises you can do on it during work breaks, depending on what you need at the time. (I didn't find the flat bands to be as useful, but really like the resistance band.) I haven't had an opportunity to use the DVD yet. The only issue I've had with this is that sometimes one of the castor wheels will lock when I don't want it to (it's easy to accidentally trip the locking mechanism). But I am definitely pleased with this chair.

I am a tax acountant and durring tax season I have to be at my desk 10+ hours a day. The exercises alow a quick release of energy though, honestly, sometimes I just bounce.

I have back problems and have been sitting in a old chair for years at work. Purchased the balance ball chair and am very happy with it. The first day my back did felt a little tired however after getting use to sitting in the chair my back feels great. It is very comfortable. My back is getting stronger and I can handle sitting at my chair longer now. Also, my bottom side is always comfy. Great buy for someone who sits alot all day. Also, it prevents me from sitting on one foot which is hard on the knees.

My coworkers complained of some back pain & said that the chair was uncomfortable for them when they first tried it, but I love it from the beginning! It helps me keep good posture and I love that it engages my core. Some of my co-workers like to borrow the chair from me from time to time now, I think they'll be getting their own soon.

I received this chair as a Christmas gift and brought it to work. I could immediately tell a difference in the way I was sitting, standing and working out. It takes a bit to get used to and I wouldn't recommend sitting on it for an eight hour shift for the first time; ease into it. Everyone in my office has sat on it and others have "borrowed" it when I have been out of the office; 3 people have now purchased the chair. I am very happy with the chair and wouldn't go back to regular office chairs.
