I have lower back pain and I was told that by sitting on an exercise ball, it would help. When I saw this I knew it would work perfect in my office! I not only get the benefit of toning while I sit but I can do it without falling off and hurting myself. I have had coworkers interested they also bought their own!

This chair has improved my posture and is strengthening my lower back. I got rid of my desk chair and use this chair while working on my laptop placed on my lap. I don't even sit at my desk anymore. Doing leg exercises while sitting on this chair is easier on your lower back than a regular chair and you use your stomach muscles at the same time while still balancing on the chair. I like that the ball comes out and it's another exercise. The ball is of high quality and in a pretty metallic color. The video that comes with it is very good also. Love Tanya's high energy, it's contagious! The resistance bands really give your workout the extra umph.

If you're stuck in an office all day, and you don't have the funds to buy a chair by Herman Miller, this is an affordable alternative. While it doesn't completely force you to sit up straight, it does encourage you to. I can tell that it promotes balance, as well, as my core muscles are usually slightly active while sitting. That's better than nothing.

I'm really enjoying this chair. Other chairs that I'd used at my desk and computer were causing shoulder and back problems. I'm already feeling an improvement since I started sitting in this chair. I'm 5'9" and had no problems adjusting for my height. The plum color is really cool too!

I have been using one of these at work and this one is even better, having the back support. Sitting on a ball makes me feel like I have not been sitting. Mess around with the amount of air until it feels right and the height is right.

The desk chair has been a great investment. It encourages good posture and I am sitting up straighter than with the traditional desk chair. Many co-workers have asked where I got the chair and want one for themselves. Any volume discounts offerred? One small flaw is I keep accidentally locking the wheels with mty shoes.
