Easy to follow directions for putting the chair together. The pump for the ball worked well. The lack of ability to adjust the chair height may be a problem for some but it fits my computer well.

I was already doing exercises with a ball at the gym, then I saw a colleagues' ball chair and she really likes it. So when I recently got a spot award, I put part of it into this fun and comfortable chair. People going by my cubicle do double takes now and frequently stop to ask about the chair (and try it out of course). It seems to bring out the best in people, not to mention being a good posture and exercise reinforcer!

I have lower back pain and I was told that by sitting on an exercise ball, it would help. When I saw this I knew it would work perfect in my office! I not only get the benefit of toning while I sit but I can do it without falling off and hurting myself. I have had coworkers interested they also bought their own!

This chair has improved my posture and is strengthening my lower back. I got rid of my desk chair and use this chair while working on my laptop placed on my lap. I don't even sit at my desk anymore. Doing leg exercises while sitting on this chair is easier on your lower back than a regular chair and you use your stomach muscles at the same time while still balancing on the chair. I like that the ball comes out and it's another exercise. The ball is of high quality and in a pretty metallic color. The video that comes with it is very good also. Love Tanya's high energy, it's contagious! The resistance bands really give your workout the extra umph.
