I recommend getting the extenders if you're on the shorter side. I haven't ordered them yet because I hear they are on backorder. The regular chair is too low for my desk. The ball also gets very cold to sit on if you're not in a warm office. I can't sit on it too long becuae my office is colder than most.
Have had back problems due to poor posture, sitting in office chair all day, etc. So finally broke down and ordered this chair for work. I love it! It challenges me to sit up, strengthening my core. No more slouching or leaning on the arms of the chair!

Getting tired of back aches while sitting in front of your computer? This chair is your answer! I bought this chair to replace my chair at work, and what a difference it has made. Forget about those really expensive chairs, this one is so affordable. Can't wait to get one for home soon!
I bought this last year after trying my neighbors chair. I loved it. Bought one for me and my wife. People at worked laughed at first. Not anymore.

Improves Posture for Tango "I am trying to improve my tango dancing skills, which requires having a strong body frame. The BalanceBall Chair is helping me do this by encouraging me to sit up straight and use my back and core muscles to support my frame. I feel like I'm getting a good work out when using my computer. The chair was easy to assemble and it's not bad looking."
I first discovered this stationary balance ball chair at my chiropractor's office. Thought it would be a good buy for my office. Sure enough, I am constantly working on my posture while using this chair. Office chairs should be replaced with these balance balls.

Caster's need improving !!!

I do like this chair and recommend it because overall it's quite comfortable. The only problem with it and my type of job is that I need to move around in a chair and swivel and this chair is horrible for that. I find I'm always adjusting it forward or back. The caster's just don't swivel very well so it makes it hard to move the chair in the correct position. If you are use to a chair that swivels, it's also hard to get use to this one. But I'm still glad that I have it so I still recommend it. It just needs improvements !!
The design idea is great. but here are the issues: 1. i fill in the ball with the Pump but as soon as i took the pump needle out, and before i can quickly close the valve on the ball, lot of air leaked out and the ball feels soft. 2. the height of the chair is too low for typing with computer on a table.
