I found this ball chair to work so well. I am an artist and sit when I paint. Due to a health issue I cannot stand for long periods of time. This helps me stay straight and is so easy to sit down on and get up from. I highly recommend also getting the ball cover. It helps so your skin does not stick to ball. Wonderful!

I just love my new Balance Ball chair! I was afraid it would be too low for me at my work desk, but I sit at the same height as the standard chair I had before. The Balance Ball Chair is GREAT...my most favorite chair! It ensures I am sitting up straight and I can feel my core muscles engaged...highly recommend. It is wonderful for ischeal bursitis...keeps the pressure off that area. I do have the issue of the locking wheels and am going to try moving the front rollers to the back as another reviewer suggested.

Such a simple little chair, but comfortable to sit on and easy to move around. The back rest is not very sturdy but gives enough support to kick back for short periods. A big improvement over my old office chair that hurt the back of my legs no matter what height it was adjusted to.
