I have suffered with back problems for many years. Working in my office at home in regular office chairs made my back pain almost unbearable. I tried many different chairs all touting "no back pain" but to no avail. I purchased the ball chair and found the solution. The chair was easy to put together (very vew parts), light weight, and once I sat on the chair, I knew I had found what I had been searching for. The chair also has helped my posture while sitting at my computer. My ab muscles have gotten stronger which also helps alleviate back pain. I love this chair and have recommended it to all my friends.

Using the Classic Balance Ball Chair has relieved neck and back pain from sitting during an entire work day! Keeps core engaged and encourages better posture while sitting! Great opportunity to exercise while on conference calls or during a quick break!

The ball chair is a great item for the office. I used to use the larger exercise ball by itself, but this is so much more convenient because then you don't have to deal with the ball rolling around. Also looks a little more professional. It was the talk of the office when I brought mine in. It Definitely helps with posture- I can feel the difference when I sit in other chairs now. I use the larger exercise ball at home for exercise and for sitting on- while watching tv, or even as an extra chair at the dinner table.

I bought this after debating over the expense for about 2 years. I can't believe I waited that long. Within the 1st month the chair is worth his weight in gold!! I have lower back/hip issues and being 5' 4" most office chairs are way to tall. I love that my back doesn't bother me. Now if I sit too long my back lets me know but this chair is awesome!! I would advise to get the risers just incase. I ended up using them because my desk is tall.

I really like my balance ball chair. It was easy to assemble the base and is pretty comfortable. The only problem I seem to run into would be the wheel locks. I must hit them with my feet, which then locks the wheels in place and you can't roll the chair until you unlock them. Overall think it was a good purchase.

i saw the balance ball chair on the dr.oz show i could see how the chair would benefit me...i am a 71 year young lady...do not like to exercise at all...this looked great. i could sit at my computer and work on my core at the same time... shipping was so fast i was shocked (two days). great product...hardly any assembly...beautiful purple ball...the arm and leg bands are high quality and easy to use...well i guess you can tell i am VERY satisfied with my balance ball chair... at three weeks my core, lower back and waist size are greatly improved...THANK YOU DR.OZ INTRODUCING ME TO GAIAM!!!!!NAMASTE.~*~

I thought this would work for me but it does not. My back issues are too much for sitting in the chair all day, but is great for exercising with, so that is how I am using it. I would however recommend the chair to all. I just have a sad tailbone.
