I have had my balance ball chair for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it! It took a day or two to get used to but after sitting in an awful chair with bad posture for year it was such a relief! My back feels so much better!

I bought this chair because I spend a lot of time at a desk. After a couple of lower back issues in December, I couldn't sit comfortably in a regular office chair, I did some research & found these chairs. My employer bought it for me. I have only had it a week, and have never been so comfortable. My chiropractor actually asked what I was doing different, as I had improved so much within that week. Now I have orderded chairs for everyone in my office!

I am so happy with this chair. Inflating it was easy with the pump provided. Getting the right amount of air was tricky--thought I had it measured correctly until I put it in the chair and was too big. Let some air out and now it's fine. My posture is so much better and if I get bored on my computer I bounce--love bouncing to YouTube music!!

I have been using my balance ball chair for on week now and I love it. I have back problems and have been going to a chiropractor for 4 months and have seen some improvement, but I have seen more improvement since using my ball chair. I notice that I sit straighter and my back does not get as tired and sore as it use to with my old computer chair. I have also been doing the exercises every day and I feel more flexable. It does take some getting use to. The first few days, I was stiff, but it is getting much better.

Balance ball chair isn't for everyone

I purchased the balance ball because my massage therapist recommended it. I work in a home office and my back was killing me from sitting in front of the computer all day. I purchased the balance ball and used it for 6 months before I finally purchase an ergo office chair to replace it. I gave the chair to my massage therapist and she loves it. It was not comfortable enough for me to use on a regular basis.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
