ball does not measure up to the 22 inches as advertised, despite repeated blowing cannot get to more than 19 inches. Air pump is extraordinarily inferior product and broke with second use. I rather pay a little more for a better pump and the correct size ball.
I have owned two chairs in 10 years. I will never sit on anything else when I am working. If I go from my ball chair to another chair I can instantly feel the pain. I have three herniated disks in my mid back and ventral drag. With this chair I have better posture all around and little to no pain when I work 9 hour days. Thank you for this chair!
Love the chair, but I need to now purchase the leg extensions as it is toooooo short.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the chair very much, but was a little disappointed in the balance ball size. It is smaller then it looks in the photo. Lucky for me I have a bigger balance ball that fits into the chair and I sit up a little higher. The one that came with the chair is very small and does not fit as tightly as it appears in the pictures. Make sure you look at the measurements but over all a good purchase.
Our office staff loves our Balance Ball chairs. We can be at our desk on the computer for 8 or nine hours daily. It provides better posture and less neck and back pain. It takes a few days to get use to it but we all love ours. Men and women both. We order extenders for the taller people and for the guys
Its amazing I have back trouble (Sciatic/hip joint dysfunction) and I absolutely love it! It helps you sit up straight and makes a huge difference! Def recommend for all ages and everyday use, as I do use it at work everyday!
I purchased the Balance Ball Chair about six months ago and for the most part love the comfort of it, so I give it three stars. The ball color was not what I ordered but it would have been too expensive to exchange it so I've been living with it. I have recommended this chair to many co-workers and friends but I won't anymore. The other day while sitting on it, the ball started to deflate for no apparent reason and I discovered about an 1/8" hole in a seam. The ball is only used on the chair base, I weigh less than 200 lbs and there are no sharp objects in close proximity. It was properly inflated. I have had other exercise balance balls that have lasted much longer with much more use. Looking at the entire seam on the now deflated ball I see that it is poorly constructed. Very disappointed in the quality of the ball. Now I'm left to either pay to replace the ball - which may be of the same poor quality - or throw away the chair. Not cool but my back and knee are pleading with me to do something.
