I have been wanting this for so long, and now that I finally purchased it, I am very disappointed. The ball when fully inflated is too small to use at my desk which is of normal height. The ball is too small to use on it's own at a desk or for exercise (I'm 5'4"). The bar that holds the ball in place it of no use since the ball is so small it doesn't come close to the bar, and the bar is uncomfortable on the back of my legs. The ball is so small, it gets stuck in the hole in the chair, and could never fall out even without it's useless bar. This tiny, little, useless ball is ergonomically incorrect. The balls in the pic and video clip are larger. They must be different balls which is false advertisement as far as I am concerned. The only thing good about this product, is that it was simple to put together and take apart which is why I gave it 5 stars in one of it's catergories. Don't waste your time and money ordering this. I can't wait for my refund.

I bought this chair for office desk...the ball that comes with it is way too low to sit and be able to type normally. Not happy to have to figure this out after assembly. The online photo shows people using these at desks, not coffee tables.

I specifically bought this to use either at my desk at home or my desk at work but it is far too short for either. The only physical impact would be shoulder and next pain due to the low height. Disappointing.....

I find sitting on the balance ball chair very comfortable and it is good to switch off from a standard office desk chair. It helps my back, my hip and posture. Only downside is that with my current computer desk configuration, it is too low and is not ergonomic for me to type for significant periods of time. If I could change the height of my desk it would be far better.

Love the chair 100%. The packaging on arrival was a bit disappointing. Screws and ball plug were just thrown in the bottom of the box. I actually searched for an hour for the plug. It fell out of the box and rolled under the table.
