I purchased this chair to sit at my desk at work while on computer I have to take the ball out of the chair as it sits too high to be at an ergonomically correct height while sitting, the ball rolls & I find it exhausting to stay balanced & not roll off ball. When I just sit on ball while it is in the chair frame to file or read it is fine. I wish there was a base for the ball without any added height.

As an office chair, the wheels do not move well on carpet, but you can get a plastic desk mat and it will roll fine. It is easy to kick the wheel and lock it so be careful. You can get fatigued sitting for long periods of time, so get up move and get a back support. It is sturdy, comfortable, affordable.

This chair was a great purchase. It really makes you aware of your posture. It also makes me remember to take a break from the computer and do some stretching in between. You can't go wrong with this purchase - better than a regular office chair. Very comfy.

I have been having lower back pain and sit most of the work day at my desk. in addition to getting a standing desk, i bought the balance ball chair and really like it. it forces you to sit straight, which at first is actually quite hard and my back felt really tired at the end of the day. only used it for 1 week at work now, but really think this will make a big difference.

Just put my balance ball chair together today! Love the chair but came with metric nuts. Takes 1/4" nuts for those out there that may experience this too. But otherwise, I am SO excited for this chair! And what a great deal too (have you seen the price of office chairs these days??). I'm a firm believer in getting the most from even the smallest exercises which is easily accomplished by a balance ball that requires tons of muscles to keep stable... plus my back feels so much better already just sitting! :)

The plastic frame is easy to assemble; however the needle provided with the ball will not insert therefore leaving it impossible to inflate. I will be contacting the company for a replacement or a refund
