I've been having lower back issues for about 6 weeks an a friend told me to try this product. However it didn't help me at all. It made the pain in my lower back worse. So then I talked with my physical therapist about it and he said it wouldn't work for me because basically my core is broke and this ball is to help strengthen your core.

I have only had this product a week and I really can tell a difference it makes while sitting long periods of time. I was having issues with the sciatic nerves in my hip and side area, and I would get stiff at times. I can tell a big difference now I don't get stiff and I am able to move more without any pain.

i sit at a desk all day. this chair is very uncomfortable. it gives me pain in my knees and lower back. do not recommend for long term sitting. sitting surface is limited.

I am returning this product If I use it with ball sent, it is well below normal chair height and I look like a small child behind my desk. If I use a larger ball, I am too tall. I am returning the chair. I am terribly underwhelmed and disappointed.

Not indestructible; not eco-friendly

My husband loved it--except it was too short. And then my cat decided she wanted to claw the seat. Poof! Bye-bye "indestructible" balance ball! Now I have the seat, no ball and what am I to do with it? It's NOT made of recyclable plastic! More junk for the landfill. WHY did I buy this?
