Not What I Hoped For

I was really excited about this chair, until it came. While it was easy to set up, the ball never got fully inflated. Mostly because the pump that comes with it is useless. I didn't pursue using my bicycle pump, because even at 75% inflated, I could tell this chair was not going to be high enough. I'm average height, about 5'6", but I felt like I was sitting in a little child's chair, with my chin on my desk. No way I could use this at my computer. I'm returning it.

Helps me to help my back!

I really like my BB chair. I sit up straight and my back feels the better for it! Strengthens the core too! I do wish that it came with two sets of wheels. One lockable and one set that is unable to lock. I find my wheels lock too often when I don't want them too and I get a bit frustrated. I was all set to order a different (second) color ball and see that there is only charcoal available now. What's up with that? I was hoping for bronze.

I was desperately looking for a solution to the problem of having a numb rear end and upper thighs by the end of every work day.  On a whim, I convinced my boss to let me try out this chair...I was not expecting to like it.  But, surprise, I love it!  It's comfortable and the adjustment period just took about a day.  After the second day of using the chair, I went home feeling energized and refreshed and no more numbness from  being confined to an office chair all day.  Try it....you'll probably be surprised like I was.

Got this to help with my posture while sitting at the computer all day--love it!! Helps tilt your pelvis so your spine stacks over the pelvis instead of all slumpy. I feel more alert when sitting up straight, and can lift my collarbones and move shoulders back and feel even better! I too had the wheel lock issue and we just put the locking wheels on the rear instead of right by where you tend to kick the front ones--try it!!
Pros: great pool blue color

Balance Ball Chair

I recently ordered a balance ball chair as I've wanted one for years! I think the pump that came with it broke or was a defect because there is a thin rubber material lining inside the pump part that got stuck in the shaft which made the pump very hard to push up and down. Since that was not working, I switched to another pump suitable for the ball and I feel like there is never enough air in the ball. I'm 5'1 and 120lbs, but am not sure how much I'm supposed to sink into the top of the ball, as I feel like it's a couple inches or so now. When I'm not sitting on the ball it doesn't seem to look fully inflated either. I don't want to go back to the normal desk chair, so what can I do to make sure my balance ball chair is correct?

CHEAP PLASTIC WITH CHEAP METAL COMPONENTS!

Bought these for the ladies in my office to use as they wanted something they could get some core exercise in during the day.  All three chairs have snapped the zinc steel bar which holds the ball in place.  Also the plastic is real flimsy and not recommended for someone over 200 Lbs.  I will never buy this product again.  Think twice before buying these chairs as in my opinion these are best suited for small children.

It's ridiculously small and kid sized. Don't bother.
