I purchased the ball chair about 2 months ago and I love it! I used to sit on a regular stability ball at work, but with me having to get up constantly it was inconvenient. Now with the ball chair I can easily slide back without having to re-adjust the whole ball! The only con about this product are the wheels- one broke already and customer service said they are out of stock and don't know when they will get more in. Maybe if the wheels were more sturdy they wouldn't break. Overall a great buy!

I got my chair in August and one of the wheels broke and is hanging off all lopsided.. I just tried to call and get it replaced and after a wait, the guy hung up on me while transferring me to another department. I still don't know if/how they even planned to right this issue..

Just the name is fun to say not to mention the chair! It's a great chair and I'm glad I bought the adult size for my 9 and 11 years old boys. Easy to assemble and great colors. They've only been using it for a few days and they think it's fun to do homework now! Does it come in a bigger size ball and totally red?

I received my Classic Balance Ball Chair for my 54th birthday and have used it for 4 years. It offers everything promised and more! Many others in my workplace like to "sit" on my chair and it sometimes gets a few curious looks from customers. I recommend anyone looking for a better alternative to the standard desk chair to graduate to the balance ball chair.

I had the stupid idea of purchasing this chair to work at my desk. Lesson learned. This is truly a terrible chair if you plan on working for longer than 20 minutes at a time. It provides zero support and has no ergonomic traits. If you want to strengthen your core, do it during non-work hours or take some breaks and do a few planks. I really can't believe how terrible the chair has been for me (and I'm very strong, in shape, etc.). Sitting at the chair to do my work has literally thrashed my back. I've had 2 GP appointments for pain, 4 chiropractic, and 3 massage... and set for about 10 more chiro appointments & massage just to get back to feeling OK. Off to purchase a new chair and give this one away as fast as I can.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this chair! In general, sitting is really painful for me. However, using this chair really helps me to sit for longer periods of time without pain. I have had several back surgeries (two spinal fusions) and have always found that sitting for longer than 15 minutes increases my pain level for the entire day. However, using this chair, I can now sit up to an hour at a time! I will say that chair is a little strange looking, but the comfort makes it all worthwhile.
