I've had my chair for about 2 weeks now. Before purchase I had concerns after reading others' reviews about the chair sitting too low...etc. But after sitting in this chair daily at work for the past two weeks, I can say that this chair was definitely worth the money. I followed the directions provided and blew the chair up to the recommended height and have had no issues whatsoever (and I'm 5'7"). I think the chair is good looking and sturdy and does what it promises to do (engage core and improve posture). I enjoy sitting in it at work (especially in half-lotus). It is light and easy to carry or fit in your car (even after you put it together). I will likely be buying another one to have at home. I highly recommend this product.
I am responsible for safety and health in an organization and although I knew about these "balls" for yoga and such years ago, I hadn't considered them as an ergonomic work tool until a few years ago. I had an employee request one for her workstation. I purchased it for her and once others saw it, I was in the market. Several of them share theirs because they don't use it exclusively all the time. They all speak highly of the benefits of using the chair. I recommend it for those requesting it.
I truly feel like I am getting an abdominal workout when sitting on this chair at my desk. It is easy to sit on and comfortable. Very easy to assemble.

Easy to assemble, comfortable. Great for my back, before, during and after pregnancy. I use it for an hour or two each day.
I purchased this chair about 6 months ago and although it made my back pain go away and and is very comfortable, the metal bar on the bottom that holds the ball in place broke. Another person in my office purchased theirs about 2 weeks after I received mine and theirs broke within a few months. Neither of us are overweight or put more than usual pressure on the chair. I am VERY disappointed that it broke so quickly. I have notified customer service and they say they will replace it with a picture of proof. Once I receive the replacement, I will be satisfied.
I have lower back issues and my chiropractor told me to get one of these balance chairs for work as I'm on the computer a lot. I got it and I love it! The only thing that took some time getting used to was the fact that it's so light, unlike a regular office chair. I don't have anything negative to say about my Classic Balance Ball Chair and when I'm feeling a bit weary from staring at the screen, a little bounce is a big help.

I just got this chair and like it a lot. It definitely encourages good posture. I disagree with the person who said it is not for shorter people. I am 5'!" and it fits me perfectly. In fact, I have some taller friends (5'6" or so) who find it less comfortable than I do. It really depends on your own body proportions, and unfortunately the chair is NOT adjustable at all (except that you can let some of the air out of the ball, I guess). It does sit sort of low, so you may have to lower your keyboard, desktop, etc.
