I love this chair, it keeps my core active all day. The ball takes a while to get filled up when you first get it, which means you must pump it up a little more each day until it is filled. Once it is filled then it is the perfect height to work on my computer all day. I have had the chair for months and have not had to refill it. It is not the type of chair you are going to sit back and relax in. I love it.
I bought this chair and loved it but the metal wire that keeps the ball in place broke after 2 months and I have not been able to find replacement hardware.
I bought this chair after seeing it at my friend's house. My friend loved it and recommended it to me. The ordering was fast and it was delivered in no time. The assembly was easy, no chart was necessary. I had to pump the ball twice, just like it was recommended in instructions. I use this chair at work and very pleased with the it.: I can exercise my belly muscles, legs and the back. Even my coworkers have a ball with it!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This chair is great for posture etc. but the brakes keep flipping down into the lock position and it is annoying. I have already modified one roller and now have to do the other 3 to keep it rolling. They should offer a model without brakes
I bought my chair about 2 weeks ago and it has definitely helped me with circulation. I am 62 and I love it, I wish I could of ordered the one with arms but was not available on your web site
I bought this about 3 weeks ago. The concept is great, but not usable as I had hoped. My intent was to use the chair as an alternative while working at my desk using a computer. At 5' tall, I have to partially deflate the ball to achieve the proper leg position which results in me sitting too low. It would be ideal if there was a mechanism to raise the chair. Then I could use it with a platform on which to rest my feet. I would recommend this product for those who are more tall, not for the petite user.
I bought the balance ball chair about two weeks ago and it has been a great difference. My "behind" doesn't feel so sore after a day at the desk. One improvement would be to make the chair about three to four inches higher. It's just a little low for my desk, but I get by.
