Back Relief and Ab Workout

The chair needed a week of increased air volume. I have no problem with the leg locks. The plastic structure is very sturdy and secure. The back rest is really a handle for the workout. I get significant low back relief on this ball chair especially after time in the "decliner". My upper back is getting stronger and the burn is reducing. It is great right now at a card table, or just watching the tube. I'm not working so I don't spend many hours plugged into the chair at the computer. Just sitting on it makes me sit up straight ( I need that) and strengthen Abs is always good. Be clear on what your need is and add more air until it is firm. Namaste

A friend of mine at work purchased one of these exercise ball chairs. After suffering with two bulging disks in my back my office chair was causing me unbearable pain. It was a very expensive name brand "ergonomic" chair. When my friend was on vacation she told me to try her chair. From the first minute of sitting on it, I did not have any pain. I went home that night and ordered the ball chair from Gaiam. The delivery was very fast. I got the chair on 9/7/12 and sat on it all last week. It forced me to sit with good posture. My back did not hurt at all sitting on it. I have noticed a big change in my posture now as well. I loved it so much i ordered a second ball chair for my home. I will not sit on anything else. This is a great product! Customer service is also great for this company. I had a small error on my 2nd order and they immediately corrected it.

Love the chair, cheap air pump

I just received my chair and I love the chair but the air pump is really cheap. I went to add a little air to the ball and the pump already broke. Not sure what went wrong but it won't inflate the ball any more.
