Assembling it "Was very easy". While I have only had this chair for 4 days now. I feel like it is doing me some good. I use it at my desk ( 8 hours a day) and it is very comfortable. I only have one complaint. The wheels do not move smoothly when being sat on. (on a chair mat) With no weight it glides smooth and yes I am under the weight limit, however this is my only complaint. LOVE IT

I move, bounce, have flexibility at waist, shoulders, hips, and legs are in a good relationship to the floor. I highly recommend this chair for improving strength and tone and use it for long stretches at the computer, where I work as a designer every day. There is nothing to hamper movement of the body. The chair is well made and holds its position on the floor. I have paid ten times as much for chairs that were uncomfortable yet touted as the best in ergonomics. Excellent!
I bought this to use at work. I find my coworkers sitting in it when I am not. I have, also, had patients and their family members inquire about it. I let them try it and one of them ordered it from their phone instantly.
I needed to strengthen my core. I asked my yoga instructor about this product and she recommended it, but told me to remember to keep my spine in neutral. I do, and is really working for me.
I bought this chair to help with lower back problems. I was having trouble sitting at my desk without pain. This chair changed that. I can sit pain-free for hours. It's amazing! It's light and easy to put together--big positive! It is the right height for my desk--I was worried about that given some of the reviews, but someone posted to make sure to inflate the ball fully, which I did, and it's perfect. I'm 5'5". FYI-I just put the ball in the chair and inflated it until it was touching the front metal piece. No explosions, so we're good. I bought the green chair and the color was as pictured.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Eliminates the Slouch Factor

Sitting in this chair makes it very hard for me to unconsciously slouch forward while working on the computer. I also have chronic hip pain and fibromyalgia, and this chair makes it possible for me to sit comfortably enough to work on the computer for twice as long as I could in my expensive ergonomic chair. I hope anyone who has pain while sitting tries out this chair--it's worth the money! The only con is that my feet sometimes hit the castor locks so I'm surprised when it won't roll for me...this is minor, and is probably because I move my feet around a lot more than most people while sitting. Overall, this is a great invention.
When looking at the dimensions listed for the chair, it was not clear that they measurements were for the back of the chair height, not the front of the chair. I have a unusually high desk at work and the chair is lower than I anticipated.
You can feel your core working throughout the day when you're in an office type setting. Especially when sitting directly in the middle of the ball. What I like is sitting on the back of the ball (by the back rest), as it helps your posture. You're body is leaning back slightly, so you find yourself not slouching as much.
