Look if your back is sore this isn't for you. If you have a weak core, work on your core strength before getting one of these. If your back is healthy and your core is being maintained through core training this is a great addition to your core strength program.

I've been using the ball chair for just over a week now and I LOVE IT! I truly don't ache at the end of the day from sitting so much. I find myself randomly stretching during the day and just moving more than one would sitting in a regular chair. Just the little bouncing motion feels so good.

I absolutely love my new chair. It was easy to put together and is quite a topic of conversation at my office. My posture has already improved and my back pain has diminished considerably. Not only is it functional and practical, it is fun to sit on. Have had no problems with the wheels as stated in other reviews and would not hesitate to get another one for my home office as well. 5 stars for sure!

I purchased this chair system in 2006 because I sat in front of my computer for many hours typing for work causing my back and shoulders to bother me. After switching from a regular wooden chair to this ball chair system, I no longer had back or shoulder discomfort. I have used this chair in front of my computer for the past 5 years and can't imagine going back to a regular chair. Thank you!

I have been suffering with hip pain for almost a year now. I couldn't sit for longer than twenty minutes without significant hip pain. I have used this chair over a week for hours at a time and no hip pain...yes! I can now get my work done. I highly recommend this chair to people my height.64". It's a perfect position for me. I bought this chair back after Christmas. bought it into work and everyone kind of smirked at me. I love the chair...it has improved my posture and relived a lot of the back pain I had from sitting in the other office chairs. I bought this because I found myself slouching in my "normal" chair while working at the computer. This habit caused pain in my shoulders and neck. In an effort to find a better way, I believed the promotional materials that claimed this chair would improve posture, build core strength, etc. Well, not actually for me. I am entirely capable of slouching in this chair, too. So, back to working on good old fashioned discipline.
