I have been sitting on this chair for a couple of days now, and am delighted with it! By the end of the first day my back felt so much better and my shoulders felt stretched out because I wasn't slumping over my computer! I fractured my back in 2007 and have had difficulty finding comfortable chairs to sit on. This chair is a real treat. I wheel it to meetings with me and am now considering getting one for home. My colleagues have commented on how stylish and "funky fun" this chair is! I agree; it makes me smile! If you are considering purchasing this chair, I would highly encourage you to give it a whirl, and don't think you'll regret it!

The ball, dvd, bands are great. The chair itself is not of the highest quality. The concept is excellent but the chair didn't meet my expectations. Even though I got a chair mat, the rollers did not roll easily. I couldn't keep it because my desk job requires a lot of rolling back and forth. I was offered a new set of rollers but I don't believe it would have made a difference -- for me. I do have to say customer service was outstanding on this. No questions asked and was an easy and effortless return. I will never hesitate to purchase anything because of great customer service like this!

Ball had slow leak

I liked the product itself, but disappointingly, the balance ball got a leak in it within a few months of using it, rendering it unuseable.

Ball tooooo Small

I loved this chair but the purple ball was waaaaay too small. The ball pictured is much bigger. My ball didn't even touch the metal bar in front. I was so low to the ground that I couldn;t work at my desk. Luckily I work for an occupational clinic so we had some extra balls laying around. Once I put one of the bigger balls in it worked fine. But for $90 I really wish it would have come with the ball size pictured.

Love my new chair. Great price, too! I have been having hamstring problems that are exacerbated by sitting at my desk at work. With the new chair, my symptoms are now nearly non-existent. I "bounce" thru the day!
