This chair is really great for those who have a back problem. The addition of the extension legs made a world of difference. If I knew about the extension legs I would have ordered them when I ordered the chair is the only thing I would recommend for others.

I have been seating on a balance ball chair for about a year post injurying by lower back during a bad fall. I also use the ball for core strenghting reccommended by my physical therapist. I am a dental hygenist! I tell you it is the best seat ever, my core and back are stronger! No more pain on my back short time post using this seat,posture also improved. I strongly reccommended this product for anyone that seats long period of time .

I had hoped this chair would help with my back and my hip (arthritis). It does nothing for my hip, and not much for my back. I still have pain upon getting out of the chair, and this chair does not have any parts to take up the weight when getting out of it, like arms or a flat seating surface to push off from. Also the wheels do not move on a carpeted floor, so that is another problem in my home office. I need to be able to swivel around from one desk to another. I will be returning this chair soon. Sorry. I am very disappointed.

I truly like the way this products incourages good posture. My lower back feels stronger and my back pains have dimenished. I gave this product 2 stars because I've only had this chair for a few weeks and the metal rod/brace on the front of the chair has broken off. What are my options for replacement?
