I bought of of these chairs for work and home and, due to spinal stenosis and I feel like they take a lot of pressure off my spine and I can rock from side to side to keep some flexibility during the day.

Its great...great comfort...had to put a patch of clear, moving tape over the cap that is put in after inflating the ball...otherwise air was slowing coming out...after putting this patch of tape over cap...its been wonderful.
