I have this chair at work. Was wonderful, helped my chronic low back pain. However, after my fist ball sprung a leak (it lasted about 4 years), I have gone through 4 replacement balls in less than 6 months! Either the first ball was a freak of nature for lasting so long, or they have changed the quality of the balls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't think I would buy this particular style again. I didn't even have it a week and the cheaply made bar that is supposed to help keep the bar in place broke so the ball moves with me when I try to move the chair. But it has helped with my knee and leg pain that I used to have from sitting all day at work.

This is easy to assemble and very ergonomic. I am giving it a Four Star instead of a Four and a Half Star for this reason only: I ordered a Forest Green and the product looks more mud brown.

I use this chair constantly while in front of a computer editing photography.
