I like my chair and hope it helps me work my core, as it is advertised to do. It feels good to sit on it, but it did come with a bum wheel which I am waiting to have replaced. All I had to do was call Gaiam and tell them I needed a new wheel, no questions asked, so that was easy! As soon as the new wheel arrives I will hopefully be using my balance ball chair a lot more! Plus it generates lots of comments at work! :)

Saw this chair being used by a professional who sits at a desk all day for her job. She let me try it out and I went right home and ordered one because it reminds me to sit up properly. My neighbor tried mine and ordered one for himself. I would appreciate a better pump, though, as the one that was included was cheap and hard to use. and it broke before I finished inflating the ball.

This chair is really great for those who have a back problem. The addition of the extension legs made a world of difference. If I knew about the extension legs I would have ordered them when I ordered the chair is the only thing I would recommend for others.
