Love it... I sit at my desk a lot 3 to 4 hours per day and this simple chair helps me maintain proper posture and stretch easily while seated. In addition it is very comfortable.

I love this chair! I keep it in the living room and sit/use it while watching TV. The exercises included in the guidebook can be done easily and at a moment's notice. The chair is easy to put together and the ball is easy to inflate. I was worried about inflating it, but it is so easy. Showing this to all my friends.

This chair is fun! And comfortable! I enjoy using it and even the boyfriend came around after awhile (thought it was too weird) and steals it from me. : ) Only problems I had were that the balls smelled horribly like plastic-you could smell it throughout the entire apartment and it took days for it to fade (boyfriend not happy, lol) and the balls were smaller than I originally thought (they did stretch out a bit). Otherwise, set up was easy and I'm glad I bought it!
