I absolutely love this chair. Not only does it look good in my office, but it feels great. I used to have a stand-up office, but decided to go to a sit-down office because my knees and ankles were swelling. This chair allows me to sit comfortably, relieving any and all knee and ankle pressure, once experienced. So glad to have found it.
Skeptical about this at first, but this chair is fabulous! It allows you to sit in a comfortable, natural position. Huge positive impact on fatigue after sitting at my computer for hours. Excellent product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used this chair as my office chair and was very happy with it. It's just that you cannot use it over 2-3 year period, you have to switch. I had a purple one and it lasted me for over a couple of years and then I gave that to a friend as a gift. Good support, good balance and and can be used for leg lifts and exercises.

I ordered this chair to use at our computer. It is extremely comfortable. It was easy to put together. The instruction booklet also has great exercises that you can do with the chair. I also love the look of the chair and the blue-pool color.
I like it so far (1 week). The way the seat back connects seems weak. I tightened it up a few times since getting it. Maybe the pieces just needed to settle together. Seems to be holding for now. Rating is based on it holding up for the price.
Great product for older person starting a new exercise program

My exercise ball chair has provided me much comfort at my computer desk for several years. Gradually I had some problems with a couple of the wheel/castors. The lock broke on one, but that was ok. A recent house painter doing some work here was so intriqued by the chair sat on it, causing one of the castors to break apart. I called to company and discovered there are castor part replacements. For a minimal charge of $5, I had one sent. Unfortunately it didn't fit my chair. I called Gaiam again. I was so pleasantly surprised to learn that the entire chair frame (minus the ex. ball) would be sent out immediately at no cost to me.
