I just purchased my fifth chair. Two I have given away to people that have hip and back problems and they said they feel much better after sitting on the ball chair and can sit longer periods of time. I use my for sewing, office desk and dinning table. Thank you Gaiam!

I had an exercise ball chair from Gaiam that was broken in a move at work. (A mover sat in it and broke the base. A very, very heavy man.) I decided to replace the exercise ball chair after a few years have gone by. The new chair is very comfortable and lovely to sit on. However, it is too short for a desk. The previous chair I owned had a much larger ball. I will keep my chair, but buy a larger ball for it.

The chair is very effective. It definitely promotes great posture and abdominal and spinal strength. It does take some getting used to though. I decided to start out using it only 30 minutes the first day and adding 15-30 minutes a day as to not over fatigue my back muscles, because I have extreme back pain and disc issues. I would definitely recommend the chair to friends and family. It is well made and a good value. Gaiam always has wonderful products! Thanks for the great support and terrific merchandise!

Ordered 2 for my office and other team members liked it enough that I just ordered another one. I didn't think I would sit on it as much during the day as I do. Was planning to interchange with my chair. However, I find myself sitting on it most of the day. I find typing at the computer is made more comfortable in this chair and I do not slouch! Really like it.

I live in front of the computer and have struggled for years to find a comfy chair that doesn't make me hurt. So far, this chair has been wonderful. My only complaint is that is isn't tall enough. I am 5'7" and need to get a larger ball to add 2-3 inches. I have the ball fully inflated and need the additional height to get my arms/elbows/shoulders aligned. Back feels great though.

I really enjoy this chair, works my core and back while I sit and work on my computer. It makes me work my muscles and I don't even realize it. After having the ball chair, it is hard to go back to a regular office chair. thanks
