The chair is comfortable but after a year....

Things are beginning to break! I am not a "hard use" sitter, but I do use it five days a week for 8 hours. It is comfortable and I do feel like it helps with my back issues. But the castor wheels are always locked, and the most recent issue I have is that the metal bar in front to hold the ball in place broke. Right above where the nut attaches the bar to the chair. I wouldn't mind so much, but I cannot find a replacement part. As a result my ball tends to try to roll out of the chair. Other than the parts holding up, I have enjoyed this chair very much.

I work in an office 45+ hours a week, as well as take classes online, so my back is always unhappy at the end of the day. I've seen such an improvement in my posture and pain levels since getting this chair. I was skeptical, but many of us in the office now own one. I even bought gaiam's ball to replace the one my boss had because hers was much too large to be comfortable. I'm glad I made the switch!

Overall good, but issue with the ball

I have had this chair for a few weeks now. Overall I love it because it looks super cute and more importantly, it really improves my sitting posture. However, I feel that my ball is leaking air -- after a whole day of sitting on the ball, the amount of air gradually goes down so I would have to pump it up almost every day in the morning.

I ordered the gray chair and like how the ball and chair match, and they go with my gray desk. It's comfortable and easy to use. The legs stick out a little bit, making it a tight fit in the space under my desk.
