Great product, clever combination of the ball with supportive frame. The only negative comment I have is that the wheels don't turn smoothly. But that may be a positive when you're bending backwards over the ball!

Actually, what I got was just the chair, so I can't review the whole system anyway. But it's an excellent as well as handy product to have just as a healthy version of a chair! Unlike fancier or more elaborate chair designed for healthy posture, this one just allows you to find your own posture naturally.

...and I've loved all 3. I had to leave my last chair when I moved to a new state. I was developing sciatica sitting in an old office chair, but since using my ball chair for the past few weeks, that has gone away. I was experiencing numbness in my legs from using an ergonomic kneeling chair, and that has now abated. Overall, this chair is great. It can get a little hot, sitting on rubber, but that just gets me to stand up and walk around for a few minutes before getting back to work. I highly recommend this chair.

I ordered two for my office and now I need to place an order for two more. Everyone here loves it so much they get here early to get one of the Ball Chairs.....most of us have lower back pain from sitting all day, this chair removes that tension, makes you sit with better posture and helps your core with out noticing it. Its great and I would highly recommend it .
