I like it, however I'm short and the ball on the base it a little tall for me. My only regret is that a bracket broke already on one side that holds metal "strap" for the gall. It can still be used, but I was disappointed that it broke after only a week.

Saved My Tailbone!

I purchased this chair over 2 years ago, and it is still going strong! The chairs we have at work were causing annoying pains in my tailbone, which stopped as soon as I started using this chair. My coworkers were skeptical at first, but now there are 4 ball chairs in my department!

Slightly Disappointed

The chair itself is fine and my husband loves his gift. The pump when opened on Christmas fell out in crumbles. It was broken in no less than 6 pieces and was completely unusable with no signs of damage to the box. It took some round about creativity and 3 days to get it pumped up to a decent level without the pump that was included. When I called customer service a week ago I had to leave a message, I have yet to receive a return phone call about the broken pump and it needs to be replaced. What a disappointment.

Relief at last

I have had lower back problems for some time now and have found it difficult to sit at my desk or computer without ending up with an achy back. With my Balance Ball Chair, I am able to sit and work for long periods of time without getting a backache. The chair has also helped my posture and strengthened my core muscles.

I bought this chair for my office because my posture and stomach muscles had been taking a dive. So far so good, but it is still possible to use bad posture while sitting on this ball. I don't advise that however, because everytime I do, it makes my tailbone hur tso bad that when I stand I don't want to move for awhile. Now if I could just remember that while I'm sitting.Beyond that, I'm buying another one to use at home.

I purchased chair due to hip and back problems. Now hips are less locked and decreased lower back pain from better sitting posture. Much to be thankful for I plan to order two more chairs for work and private office. Would recommend, although it would increase costs, that next generation design include height adjustment.
